About Me:

I am the care coordination manager for the ACT, Ascent, Wraparound and Family Stabilization programs at Diversus Health. 

My passion is helping people find creative ways to experience healing. I love to be able to hear people’s stories and help them find concrete solutions for improving their lives.

When I’m not working, I enjoy trail running, reading and playing board games.
