About Me:

I believe every single client I see has resiliency, and that amazing strength is part of what brought you to be sitting in front of me. I utilize a person-centered approach where you are the expert on your life and the therapeutic space holds no judgment, instead, seeking to understand. I like to use art therapy whenever I can. Artmaking allows us to engage in the treatment process in a new way. The sensory component of the creative process can allow us to go deeper in our self-reflections and facilitates a lot of learning taking place in a short span of time. With artmaking you also have an artwork at the end, powerful evidence of the journey you are on and of the hard work taking place.

At Diversus Health I have found a career that enables me to effectively help my community and supports me in growing my own professional knowledge, that I may be better able to serve others. Outside of work, the things that matter most to me are my family and friends. I love being out in nature or being creative whenever I can, whether that’s painting, cooking, gardening, you name it.

These are the services and common symptoms I see during my clinical work at Diversus Health:

Great place for counseling that accepts Medicaid. The Diversus Health Lighthouse Crisis Center saved my life. - Eleanor
