Life can often throw us curveballs and leave us feeling overwhelmed and less like ourselves. I provide a safe, non-judgmental environment to help clients overcome and process some of life’s difficult changes and adjustments. I believe there is a great support in having a strong therapeutic relationship, leading to overall better mental health. I use modalities such as, DBT, CBT and an existential approach to help process and help bring understanding. I have a background and passion working with trauma related issues and grief.
