I am a Registered Psychotherapist with DORA and have an M.A. in Sociology from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs. I believe in meeting people where they are and walking with them through hard places to help them reach where they want to go. I incorporate a range of methods that are holistic, trauma-informed, person-centered, mindful, and solution focused in order to support desired change. Some of the areas I work in most are depression, anxiety, trauma, self-esteem struggles, and family dynamics. I enjoy nature, sports, animals, and being creative and do not shy away from incorporating them into a healing journey, calling on cognitive re-framing, positive self-talk, CBT, and creating manageable goals. When I’m in my element you can find me in the mountains with my family, on a sand volleyball court, or wrestling with my dog; Optimus Prime.
