I am grateful for the opportunity work with Diversus Health, this position allows me to give back to our rural communities by providing individualized quality mental health care.
I value people from all walks of life and I find joy and honor in joining my clients on their path to healing and growth. I believe in working in partnership with my clients by utilizing their strengths and individuality to help them sort out challenges and achieve their goals.
I realize how important it is to to identify all aspects of an individuals life that impact their well-being including mental, physical, spiritual, employment/school, and support systems.
My experience spans across a wide range of counseling concerns. I have experience working with populations who are impacted by trauma, addiction, anxiety, depression and relationship concerns, as well as with youth-at-risk. I use strengths based, person centered, and trauma informed approaches to guide my practice. I continue to seek ongoing education/training to keep my skills “fresh” in the ever changing field of mental health.
Outside of work I enjoy being outside in nature and staying active by participating in different community events and exploring Colorado. I also spend a lot of time with my family, friends and four legged friends.
