About Me:

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with individuals, families, and groups, focusing on the adolescent and Spanish speaking population. I specialize in trauma, provide care through our Trauma Systems Therapy (TST) specialty team, and I am EMDR-trained. Furthermore, I work from a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (CBT/DBT) orientation to help clients identify and cope with specific challenges in their lives. As a clinician, I strive to empower my clients to make healthy changes in their lives to achieve their therapeutic goals. In my free time, I enjoy hiking with my dogs, pottery, painting, and spending time with my family and friends.
