About Me:

Hello, my name is Cheyenne and I am an unlicensed counselor at Diversus Health. I am currently working towards get licensed in Social Work. I work with clients that are struggling with anxiety and depression, anger, sleep issues, and other types of mental health. I am training to be trained and more experienced with trauma clients so that I can give them the best care possible. I am laid back, very understand and I listen to what struggles a client may be facing. I work best with Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, working with radical acceptance, emotional regulation and distress tolerance. I feel this approach is helpful with clients that are struggling with mental health. I am a working mom and wife, I love the simple life, my kids bring me joy, my husband brings me joy and I love being able to help those that are in need. I would love to help anyone that is struggling.

Diversus Health rocks. I don't have any insurance, yet, I can still receive treatment. They care more about people than making money and that is so refreshing. Diversus Health gave me somewhere to start when I didn't know what to do. All I have received from them has been phenomenal. - Tressa
