About Me:

In the initial stage of getting to know my clients and building rapport, I like to follow the philosophy advocated by the humanistic psychologist, Carl Rogers, of unconditional positive regard for the client. Then in the process of providing assistance to the client to achieve goals, using CBT or DBT concepts. Outside of work I am an avid car enthusiast and had a prior career restoring classic muscle cars. I also play guitar and used to sing and play in a classic rock and blues cover band from 2004 – 2009 here in the Springs.

These are the services and common symptoms I see during my clinical work at Diversus Health:

Diversus Health rocks. I don't have any insurance, yet, I can still receive treatment. They care more about people than making money and that is so refreshing. Diversus Health gave me somewhere to start when I didn't know what to do. All I have received from them has been phenomenal. - Tressa
