I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work from New Mexico Highlands University, earned in 2005. With extensive experience in mental health and addiction counseling, I specialize in helping clients address a wide range of concerns, including trauma, depression, anxiety, substance use, and major life transitions.
My approach is rooted in a holistic, strengths-based framework that focuses on addressing both immediate symptoms and the underlying issues contributing to clients’ challenges. I utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Psychoeducational Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy, and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT).
