About Me:

I am a dedicated mental health clinician with over a decade of experience and am passionate about guiding individuals through life’s difficulties. My diverse experience includes crisis intervention, emergency services, mental health unit work, and community counseling. I work with individuals of all ages, couples, and families in overcoming trauma, severe mental illness, anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges, helping them set and achieve meaningful goals for a more fulfilling life. My emphasis on crisis intervention, suicide prevention, and trauma-informed care highlights my commitment to providing compassionate and effective support during critical times.

I am an avid nature lover – hiking, kayaking, snowboarding, etc.

I chose to work with Diversus Health to assist in serving rural populations, particularly Park County, CO.

Diversus Health rocks. I don't have any insurance, yet, I can still receive treatment. They care more about people than making money and that is so refreshing. Diversus Health gave me somewhere to start when I didn't know what to do. All I have received from them has been phenomenal. - Tressa
