I have worked with Diversus Health since 2015. I enjoy working with trauma, personality, and dissociative disorders. I am trained in cognitive processing therapy (CPT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR). When not serving clients, I enjoy playing soccer and spending time with my corgi!
I was broken and lost, not knowing which way to go or where to start. A friend called Diversus Health and I've been working with the great therapists there. It's going to be a long haul, but they have made me feel as though I matter and they will help. Thank you to all at Diversus Health. -Stephanie
