Jessica Crum is a compassionate and dedicated licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) with over 10 years of experience in providing therapeutic support to individuals, couples, and families. With a deep commitment to helping clients overcome personal challenges, Jessica utilizes interventions from various therapeutic approaches, e.g., Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Internal Family Systems (IFS) creating a safe and non-judgmental space for healing and growth.
Jessica holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Central Florida, and has worked with a diverse range of clients dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. She believes in a holistic approach to therapy, integrating evidence-based practices with a strong emphasis on building resilience and empowering clients to live fulfilling lives.
