About Me:

My philosophy of care encompasses a holistic approach that includes using therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral therapy (CBT) and Person-Centered therapy (PCT), as well as Acceptance and Commitment therapy (ACT). I am trained in CAMS to treat individuals that are currently experiencing suicidal thoughts. This modality aims to reduce an individual’s desire to self harm and lessen suicidal behaviors.
I believe that successful change happens when individuals are given the guidance they need to draw on their own strengths and realize their potential to live fulfilling, happy lives. I provide an environment of compassion and support to help individuals overcome their obstacles to move forward and thrive.

The services here are great, even with the pandemic, we have continued to receive treatment via video conferencing. It has been wonderful. - Autumn
