About Me:

As a member of the Adult Substance Use Recovery Treatment (SUD) Team, I have the honor and privilege of working with some of the most amazing clients a therapist could ever ask for. While supporting their comprehensive treatment-based needs, I have witnessed a profound level of self-reliance, awareness, and motivational commitment to living a happy, healthy life – despite the challenges of living with often dual diagnostic co-occurrence relating to mental health and addiction requiring ownership of resilience. The work that we do has enriched my life as well, as allowed formulation of some truly caring bonds that allow for a collective therapeutic rapport and alliance dedicated to long-term success and client centric whole person recovery. Both my team and clients are the highlights of my day and prove to be a work of champions and population health management change. I am proud to work for Diversus Health; I believe in what we do for not only the community, but to the population we serve every single day, and am devoted to providing the highest standards of clinical integrative behavioral healthcare. I am a proud combat veteran, with four amazing kids (they are all grown now) and a beautiful wife who also serves in the health care field and is my supportive rock. I have three dogs that also serve as the children in our lives, and love to incorporate exercise and other physical fitness related lifestyle traits into self-care practice. We love to hike, swim, run, go on excursions with our dogs, play lots of sports, and many other activities that encourage healthy competition. I truly consider myself blessed to be able to work in a job that allows me to serve in the greatest capacity that I can to those in critical need and permit me to bring a little supportive structure and care to their lives.

These are the services and common symptoms I see during my clinical work at Diversus Health:

The services here are great, even with the pandemic, we have continued to receive treatment via video conferencing. It has been wonderful. - Autumn
