About Me:

I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Alaska Pacific University, earned in 2010. With extensive experience in mental health counseling, I specialize in helping clients address a wide range of concerns, including trauma, depression, anxiety, and major life transitions.

I strongly believe in the brain body connection and utilizing methods to support holistic healing, not just addressing symptoms. In our healing space your more than symptoms and a diagnosis and my goal is to provide you with a safe comforting environment to approach healing.

I utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivation Interviewing, Client-Centered Therapy, and Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR).

These are the services and common symptoms I see during my clinical work at Diversus Health:

The services here are great, even with the pandemic, we have continued to receive treatment via video conferencing. It has been wonderful. - Autumn
