About Me:

I have a focus on helping young men deal with mood and behavioral issues and on helping to elevate other clinicians to their highest potential. I believe all great therapy starts with a person-centered approach. My personal approach is then to layer on behaviorism, cognitive techniques, mindfulness, and psychodynamics.

Outside of work I enjoy being outdoors, lifting weights, reading, writing, history, tabletop and video gaming, and learning.
