About Me:

I am a passionate and dedicated LCSW with a strong commitment to helping individuals become the best version of themselves. I am deeply honored by the trust my clients place in me, and I take pride in creating a dependable and supportive space for them to heal and grow. With a trauma-informed approach, I believe that everyone’s journey is unique, and I strive to meet clients where they are, offering understanding and empathy as we work through the challenges life can throw our way.

As a DBT-informed therapist, I integrate practical tools to help clients develop emotional regulation, mindfulness, and interpersonal skills, while navigating the complexities of their experiences. Whether you’re working through trauma, life transitions, or personal struggles, I truly enjoy working with a wide range of clients and am committed to supporting you as you work towards healing, growth, and self-discovery.

I see myself not just as a therapist, but as a collaborator who walks beside you in the process. My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore, heal, and find clarity—together.

I've been seeing Blessing Fitzgerald for three years. I was at my lowest point when I first met her. She has used her amazing personality and education to help me become mentally stable. She taught me ways to cope that allow me to be less dependent on medication. Thank you, Blessing! - Client
