About Me:
Trauma-Informed Care Specialist | Empathetic, Client-Centered Therapy
As a dedicated mental health professional with a diverse background in trauma-informed care, I approach each client with empathy, understanding, and respect for their unique journey. I hold a DMFTc (Doctor of Marriage and Family Therapy Candidate), as well as certifications in various therapeutic fields, including CCT (Certified Clinical Trauma), CST (Certified Sex Therapist), CHTST (Certified Hypnotherapist & Trauma Specialist), CSPT (Certified Substance Abuse & PTSD Therapist), CSAT (Certified Sexual Addiction Therapist), and CSST (Certified Sex Specialist Therapist). I also maintain membership with the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT).
My philosophy of care centers around providing a safe, compassionate environment for clients to explore their experiences. Healing is a holistic process, integrating mind, body, and spirit. I am passionate about offering trauma-informed, client-centered therapy that empowers individuals to reclaim control of their lives, strengthen their relationships, and foster resilience in the face of adversity.
I chose to work with Diversus Health because of its strong commitment to mental health support, personalized care, and evidence-based practices. It is an environment where I feel I can genuinely make a difference in the lives of individuals and families, supporting them in navigating life’s challenges with dignity and hope.
Outside of work, I enjoy engaging in outdoor activities that help me recharge and maintain balance in my own life. Whether working in our yard, walking our dogs, or hiking with my spouse, I find peace and renewal in nature, and it fuels my passion for helping others on their healing journey
