About Me:
I have worked at Diversus Health for nearly 25 years, the last 18 of them in outpatient substance treatment. Working with people with substance issues has been the most interesting and enjoyable part of my time at Diversus Health. People always ask how I got into the field, and I tell them that ‘it chose me’ and I’ve never looked back. I favor the group therapy model for its ability to allow clients to be heard without fear of stigma or shame, so that they can heal and get better. My colleagues are some of the best professionals I have ever had the pleasure of associating with, and they make me better at my practice, every day.
