About Me:

People do things for and because of reasons. Before and during therapy it is important to recognise what the person brings to the session – who they are, what influences they currently experience and have experienced. What values and goals they had in the past and how these values have evolved or perhaps matured. I view spirituality as individually based and likewise, cultural influences to be understood and respected. With this diagnosis serves as a very important influence, and patience and understanding serve as an excellent environment to make this work together.

I came to Diversus Health because the values and efforts fit within this ideology and action plan, and because of the evolving progressive efforts Diversus Health is using to meet the evolving diversity of the community.

I love being in the mountains, fishing and hiking. In general, I enjoy walking. I enjoy watching most sports. I like to play chess ( although I am a bit rusting because people got tired of losing) and poker and other card games. I enjoy most table top games.

I enjoy food. I enjoy art . I am a constant learner.

I have had two therapists at Diversus Health. Both were outstanding, supportive, and understanding. My therapists went above and beyond my expectations and truly cared about my recovery. A huge thank you! - Chris
