About Me:

I am a licensed professional counselor and approved clinical supervisor with a deep commitment to supporting individuals on their personal journeys toward growth and healing. My approach is rooted in humanistic philosophy, emphasizing empathy, respect, and the belief that every person has the capacity for self-actualization and positive change. I create a safe, non-judgmental space for clients to explore their emotions, build resilience, and develop meaningful connections with themselves and others. Outside of my professional life, I enjoy hiking and spending quality time with my family, which helps me stay grounded and energized in both my personal and professional life. I am passionate about empowering others to live fulfilling lives and fostering a sense of hope and self-worth.

I've been seeing Blessing Fitzgerald for three years. I was at my lowest point when I first met her. She has used her amazing personality and education to help me become mentally stable. She taught me ways to cope that allow me to be less dependent on medication. Thank you, Blessing! - Client
