Our Diversus Health Lighthouse facility in Colorado Springs is a walk-in crisis center for all ages. We provide crisis services, counseling, and psychiatric therapy, as well as round-the-clock acute care for mental wellbeing. Our Lighthouse staff is professional, and our providers are licensed for the State of Colorado. We take pride in caring for our community, including veterans and those in the military, the homeless, and developmentally disabled.
