About Me:
Throughout my time as a mental health professional, I have found that I love working with late teen/early 20’s females facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, as well as other challenges that come from just trying to find their way in the world. I use a client centered, strengths-based approach throughout their journey.
Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my husband, our family and friends, and our giant pup, Oreo
