About Me:

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Addiction Counselor in the state of Colorado.
I have been practicing since 2019 and am experienced in working in outpatient settings with trauma, substance abuse, depression, anxiety, and mood management. I am committed to helping individuals on their healing journey, utilizing techniques such as EMDR, narrative therapy, positive self-talk, CBT, and creating manageable goals. It is imperative that clients are looked at in a holistic view, treating the whole person rather than parts. Additionally, I use methods that are trauma-informed, person-centered, mindful, holistic, and solution focused in order to support clients in this process. In my free time you can find me playing with my dog, Chloe, reading, or spending time in nature.

I've been seeing Blessing Fitzgerald for three years. I was at my lowest point when I first met her. She has used her amazing personality and education to help me become mentally stable. She taught me ways to cope that allow me to be less dependent on medication. Thank you, Blessing! - Client
