My clinical care is research-based with emphasis on medication management as well behavioral changes and psychotherapy for the best possible outcomes. I am passionate about helping others including providing education and resources for people to be able to help themselves. I view each person as unique and individualize treatment to obtain optimal medical and mental health.
I enjoy sleeping, hiking, snowboarding, hunting, and spending time with family and friends.
