About Me:

I am a person-centered therapist that utilizes different techniques from motivational interviewing, CBT, and DBT. I see every person as having the strength and ability to accomplish what they set out to do. I see it as no one knows another person as well as the person themselves.

At Diversus Health, I have found a place that encourages me to grow and seek out to give the best care to clients. They also allow me to express myself uniquely and grow as a person and clinician. Outside of work, I like to read, play with my dogs, and do various types of crafts.
