About Me:
I am a Licensed Social Worker who works with individuals, families, and groups, focusing on the adolescent and Spanish speaking population. I specialize in trauma and provide care through our Trauma Systems Therapy (TST) team. I also work from a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) orientation to help clients identify and cope with specific challenges in their lives. As a clinician, I strive to empower my clients to make healthy changes in their lives to achieve their therapeutic goals. In my free time, I enjoy swimming, running, hiking with my dog, pottery, and painting.
