I am a Colorado Springs Native who went to Palmer High School and UCCS. I graduated with my Bachelors in Psychology from UCCS in 2016 and went straight into my Master’s for Counseling and Human services which I received in 2018. I have worked my entire professional life to try and be in a company where I can help improve the mental health of others, and I feel that I finally found that in Diversus Health. I have a strong passion for fitness and trying to keep my mind and body in decent shape and to spread that positivity to others. On my down time, you will find me hanging out with my dogs, hiking, playing video games, longboarding, or reading.
