About Me:

I believe in a whole person approach to therapy including looking at one’s physiological, psychological, social, and spiritual background. I employ a client-centered approach that utilizes evidence based practices such as EMDR, CBT, and elements of mindfulness and value based counseling. I chose to work for Diversus Health to provide therapy to the broader community and to work for an organization that can provide more resources to promote over all well-being for individuals. I really enjoy working for Diversus Health as they also promote well being for the staff, which in turn helps me provide better care to those seeking therapy. Outside of work, I enjoy hiking mountains and spending time with my family, dogs, and friends.

These are the services and common symptoms I see during my clinical work at Diversus Health:

The services here are great, even with the pandemic, we have continued to receive treatment via video conferencing. It has been wonderful. - Autumn
