About Me:

It is my belief that effective therapy requires one to be authentic, visible and present. While being authentic you will find that individuals feel safe, accepted and trust that the clinician has their best interest at heart. Counseling is a two-way process in which we work together to identify patterns of behaviors that have become unhealthy and/or dysfunctional. In collaboration with the client I work with evidenced based therapeutic interventions which works in conjunction with their values, ideas and preferences. The tools and strategies that I use during the therapeutic process are always intentional, mindful, and prepared based on the goals we have established together. I enjoy exploring small towns, riding on trails, hiking, reading and going for walks.

These are the services and common symptoms I see during my clinical work at Diversus Health:

Great place for counseling that accepts Medicaid. The Diversus Health Lighthouse Crisis Center saved my life. - Eleanor
