About Me:

My approach to therapy is very client centered. I do not use any one particular style or technique when it comes to a therapy session. What works for one client does not always work for another. I will use whatever method works best to help a client discover what they need. The most important thing is listening to the client and actually hearing what they have to say. If that means using talk therapy to work through an issue, we will. If role-playing is called for, we can use that. I chose Diversus Health because it is doing a lot for the community as a whole while remaining sensitive to the needs of specific populations. Diversus Health has a good reputation and coincides with my views, benefiting the community. I feel I can be a good addition to the team and help as well. In my free time I am a gamer (video and tabletop), a writer, and a fan of the theater arts. I am a German Shepard daddy and a grandpa to 6 little humans. I am a vet and was wounded in Iraq.

These are the services and common symptoms I see during my clinical work at Diversus Health:

I was broken and lost, not knowing which way to go or where to start. A friend called Diversus Health and I've been working with the great therapists there. It's going to be a long haul, but they have made me feel as though I matter and they will help. Thank you to all at Diversus Health. -Stephanie
