About Me:
“Create a life that feels good on the inside” – a quote advised by my counselor that influenced my thoughts and motivated my career. I am an Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Clinician who’s goal is to make a positive difference in the world. My theoretical orientation is primarily Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, but also use Integrative approach to meet my clients’ needs. I am happy to be a part of the Diversus Health team where there is a lot of room to learn. I believe change is difficult but not impossible and that is where I want to drive my clients.
