About Me:
I enjoy my work immensely; being a mental health therapist has been my goal since I was quite young because I have always enjoyed listening to others and helping them find solutions to their struggles. Every day I practice gratitude for working in a profession that brings me so much joy and fulfillment. Seeing my clients work hard, learn new skills, realize their own potential and resilience, is such an honor to witness.
I love working for Diversus Health because they really care about their employees and their clients, and it shows in the many resources/services accessible to our clients. All staff I interact with are passionate about helping others and are eager to learn more through frequent training opportunities Diversus Health provides us.
A bit about me: I was born in 1982 and am a single mother. I’ve been a practicing therapist since 2010 and have worked for a variety of companies and with a variety of mental health and substance use clients. Throughout my life, I’ve experienced my share of trials, though they have made me stronger, wiser, and have increased my capacity for empathy. I am down-to-earth, open, laid back, not easily offended, and I genuinely care about my clients and their struggles. No one deserves a life of suffering and everyone deserves to be heard, validated, and encouraged.
